What is emotional reframing?

 
During times of change, the emotions that arise impact our ability to function.

In this workshop, you will be guided through an experiential learning process to help you reframe an emotion tied to a change your life, so that you can choose to re-center and move forward.

This experience features a groundbreaking emotional reframing technique called HAIL™, developed by pioneering researcher Linda Rosetti.

What is HAIL™ and how can it help me?

⫸  Ask: Why this emotion? What meaning does it have for me? 
⫸  Influence: Reflect on how the emotion influences your behavior.

⫸  HAIL™ Introduction and Self-Reflection: guided experience of applying HAIL™ to an event in your life.

⫸  Embodiment Yoga:  emotional discovery through gentle Asana practice. Noticing and meeting emotions with non-judgment, acceptance, and compassion.

⫸  Emotional Reframing with HAIL™:  unlocking the transformative power of four questions that you can apply to any situation in your life.

 ⫸  Guided Inner Liberation Meditation: a powerful combination of moving and seated meditation, intentionally designed to help you accept and release the heaviness associated with any emotion.

⫸  Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Meet the Facilitators

Jen Carew

⫸  Jen is a wellness leader with 17 years of meditation experience and was mostly recently trained in Transcendental Meditation in 2018.

⫸  She is a Certified HAIL™ Facilitator.

⫸ She has over 10,000 hours of small group facilitation experience.

⫸ She has been a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practioner since 2016.
 
⫸ She has 7 years of coaching experience in leadership development, personal growth, and spiritual wellness.

⫸  She is the former Head of Leadership Development for Whole Foods Market. 

Amie Bier

⫸ Amie started her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 through the Healing Alchemy course at Ayurveda Yoga Academy in Daegu, South Korea. 

⫸ She graduated in 2015 and has been teaching group classes for 8 years.

⫸ Amie is the Director of The Yoga Room at Paull Chiropractic. She instructs weekly classes and offers 1:1 Yoga Personal Training.
