We begin with gentle nervous system regulation to help you actually land in the room. Using gentle somatic practices, we move you out of survival mode and into presence.

Create a new relationship with your thoughts. Instead of being swept away by every worry, distraction, or mental replay, you learn to witness your mind with curiosity rather than being controlled by it.
