Not the map the world handed you. The one that promised happiness through achievement, acquisition, and arrival. The one that, when you finally followed it all the way to the destination, left you standing in the middle of everything you worked for, wondering why it felt so empty.
I know that feeling. Because I lived it.
How I got here
In 2021, I reached what the world would call the pinnacle of success. Dream job. Love of my life. Dream home. Everything I had worked for was finally mine.
And something inside me was still unfulfilled.
Not ungrateful. Not broken. Just quietly, persistently hungry for something I couldn't name. A voice that kept asking, is this all there is?
After a series of life-changing events, I made the hardest decision of my life: I let go of my corporate career to find out why I felt unfulfilled, and what else I was here to do.
What followed was disorienting and necessary. Part of my identity was gone. I was lost in the way you can only be lost when the external markers of who you are have been stripped away. And I realized I couldn't find my way forward using the same approach that had gotten me here. The old map wasn't going to work.
If I wanted my life to be different, I had to be willing to BE different.
So I took the journey inward. And that is how I woke up to the truth of who I am, and finally accessed the joy, peace, and fulfillment I had been searching for in all the wrong places.
That journey became my life's work. And now I walk it with others.
Over the past 5 years I have pursued deep, intentional training. Not to collect certifications, but to become the most grounded and skilled guide I can be for the people who sit across from me.
My work draws from three distinct disciplines, woven together into one integrated path:
As a Certified Spiritual Director through the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute, I am trained in the ancient art of sacred listening. I walk with you as a companion and witness on your spiritual path, helping you hear your own inner wisdom and notice where the Divine is already moving in your life.
As a Certified Ancestral Healer, I draw from the Sacred Ancestry Method developed by Torie Feldman to facilitate the opening of a sacred field to connect you with the wise and well-healed ancestors in your lineage. We journey together to reveal and heal your inherited patterns so you can access the gifts of your lineage.
As a Certified HAIL™ Facilitator, I bring a structured, evidence-informed framework for emotional reframing, giving you practical tools to move through life's hardest transitions without losing your center.
I am also trained in Listening Circle facilitation, a practice of sacred group companionship where we learn the art of walking each other home.
Underneath all of it: Over 20 years of personal meditation practice, over 10,000 hours of teaching and facilitation, and the lived experience of someone who followed the world's map all the way to the end and chose to draw a new one.
Who I walk with

Before becoming a Spiritual Guide & Soul Tendress, I spent nearly two decades as a leadership development executive, including serving as Global Director of Leadership Development for Whole Foods Market. I have coached, trained, and facilitated transformation for thousands of people across organizations and communities.
